Terms of Service
1. Agreement
BizHost (bizhost.online) is operated by MediHost AI Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us"), Hyderabad, India. By creating an account or using BizHost you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. The company's main terms at https://www.medihostai.com/terms also apply; if they differ, these BizHost terms win for BizHost.
2. The service
BizHost helps local businesses get online: a website, WhatsApp messages, a Google listing helper and social media posts. Features depend on your plan.
3. Your account
Keep your log-in secure. You are responsible for what you and your team members do in your account. The information you add must be true and you must have the right to use it (photos, logos, text).
4. Plans and payment
Prices are shown before you pay and are charged through Razorpay in Indian rupees, with GST where applicable. Plans renew until you cancel. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires.
5. WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram connections
If you connect your own WhatsApp Business account, Facebook Page or Instagram account:
- The account stays yours and is governed by Meta's terms, including the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, which you agree to follow.
- You must have your customers' consent before messaging them, send marketing messages only to customers who agreed, and stop when they ask you to stop.
- Meta reviews message templates and may reject them, limit your messages or restrict your number. We are not responsible for Meta's decisions.
- We may pause sending from your account if it is used for spam or breaks Meta's policies.
- If your WhatsApp plan ends, we stop sending messages for you after a 30-day grace period. Your WhatsApp number and account remain yours.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use BizHost for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, to send spam, to impersonate anyone, or to try to break into or overload our systems.
7. Your content
You own your content. You let us host, show and process it only to run BizHost for you.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep BizHost running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Ending your account
You can stop using BizHost at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by Indian law; courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction. Contact: saicharanpakala@medihostai.com.
